System Restore

Ever since I installed Norton Anit Virus Professional 2004 my system has been coming up with lots of error messages. I thought that I would do a system restore and then install it again but I am unable to do so due to an error message I am getting. The system is also running extreamly slow

Any thoughts???

Hi Carrie,

You need to take this up with Symantec support. Their 2004 product has a
number of issues. Frankly, you might consider returning it and getting your
money back.

Hi Carrie,

Try disabling the real time protection, then try the live update function.
Unfortunately, their 2004 product has had some major problems.
