word won't print and saves instead

When i try to print in word, it goes into the saving mode and refuses to
print and in the administrator accont it prints when you press print
 
Go to the Print dialog (Ctrl+P or File | Print) and see what printer you
have selected. It's probably a fax, imaging, or PDF printer.
