word style problem

Re: Word 2007, in the modify style dialog box, under the property "style for
following paragraph", it doesn't seem to show all the available styles in the
drop down box. How do I choose a style that's not on the list?

without testing this at the moment: are you sure the style you're
missing is in fact a paragraph style ...?
