Word product code

After having my machine taken down to factory default due
to a problem I can't reinstall windows because it keeps
asking for the 25 didgit product ID. I can't find the
number anywhere in my paperwork. All I can find is the
number for my XP package. Where can I trun for help?

If windows xp was preinstalled on your pc the product code number should be
on a sticker attached to the pc tower.

If it was an OEM license, you should contact whomever sold you the
