How would I be able to find my "Product Identification" number, if I can't boot into windows
Apparently, I need this number to access online help from microsoft. Is this number anywhere in/on the paperwork that came with windows? (purchased windows XP home for a new custom built computer)

Start -> Control Panel -> System

The last row at "Registered to" is your PID :-)
