I just installed Microsoft Xp on my computer. Does it
have a word processor? Is there any way I can download,
or install one?? Thank you

There is a very basic one in XP, WordPad. If you want Word you will have to
purchase and install it.
 
Windows XP is an operating system, it does not include
productivity software or applications. You can buy OFFICE
or other software at many establishments, from Wal-Mart to
Office Depot. You can order on-line but OFFICE comes on
CDs.

You can download OPEN OFFICE for free and there is also STAR
OFFICE and others, try a Google search.

Check out OpenOffice here, http://download.com.com/3000-2064-10196648.html ,
it's free. It's not MS office, but comparable. If you're not wanting to
spend any money this is just what you're looking for.
