word help doesn't work but the wizerd does answer my questions.

When I ask the Wizerd a question. it gives a answer but I don't see anything
in the window with the tittle microsoft word help. I use word version 2002
 
Word 2002 uses HTML for Help, so the display depends on your browser
settings, including text size. Possibly there are settings for font color as
well?
