Word format changes between computers

We have a homemade template that allows pictures to be put on a page with one
line of caption below. The computer that made the template and one other on
the network can see the document properly. For the rest of us, the document
cuts off the photos at the page break. The printer is hooked up to a server
and we all have it as our default. As far as I can tell, the margins and font
are all the same for everybody. Any Ideas? Thanks.
