MAC Word 2004 - Format/Document Missing

Hello,

We have templates that we load from our Project Gallery. On one of our users
computers after she loads a template, the Format / Document option is
missing. She has Format / Paragraph but not FONT or DOCUMENT.

I could understand if it was just grayed out but it's missing.

Has anyone heard of this? I'm new to a MAC so problems are all new to me.
