One user creates a document in Office 2000 (winnt) and
another opens that file using Office XP (winXP). Word or
Excel will close to the desktop. If you go to windows
explorer on the XP machine, you will find that xp
converted that document to a temp file. Anyone have any
idea's??

Funny how office works you can always turn office
documents from previous version and use it on the newer
version and it gains the new properties.
But when its the other way around it keeps the newer
version propertie.

This happen to me once i created a document from the
office a powerpoint doc and brought it home to work on the
effects and all that on my office xp and then in the
mornign did my presentation and noticed that the slides
were all out of wack.

Guess i didn't make a good impression that day.
