when i open up word, this box opens up which says i must apply first. so i
click to do that and it never can finish downloading or whatever it is doing.
it gets half way and then stops. is there anything else i can do? why
doesn't this work? it won't let me type anything until i have completed this
step. please help.

Apply? Apply for what? Activate? Is it the trial version?
