Word document/two columns

I am no able to move the cursor from the left to right column and cannot find
an answer in Help.
 
In general, you move to the right column by filling the left one. You can
end the left column short by inserting a column break (Ctrl+Shift+Enter).
There is no reliable keyboard shortcut for moving the insertion point
between columns; for this you need the mouse. If this is something you are
doing a lot of, you might ask yourself whether a table might be more
appropriate than newspaper-style columns.
