Word cannot open this document template

Hi
Help ! I have problem when I open word application. The error is "Word cannot open this document template c:\Program files\..\A20MSW10.dot" and again "Word cannot open this document template c:\..\startup\A20MSW10.dot". Also I couldn't open any word file, the error is "The file .doc is not available.

With Word closed, find A20MSW10.dot on your computer. It is in a folder
named "StartUp." Move it from that folder. I don't know what it is supposed
to do, but it probably isn't doing it. It isn't part of Word but was added
by someone else.

Start Word again.

Judging by the error messages, you appear to have two instances of this
add-in. One in the Word startup folder another in the Office startup folder.
You'll need to remove both.
