"Word cannot this document template"

If anyone out there can assist me, I would appreciate it.

Every time I open any word doc or outlook, the following message appears:
"Word cannot open this document template. (C:\...\STARTUP\ORPRO_V3start.dot)"

This also prevents me from being able to double click on a desktop icon for
a word file and have it open up. The same message appears.

This also prevents my default mail (outlook) from opening if I were to click
on any email hyperlink on any webpage.

What happens if you move that add-in out of the Startup folder?
 
ORPRO 3 appears to be a PDF creation tool and presumably its add-in is
incompatible with your current Word version, or simply defective. Remove the
add-in from the startup folder.
