Word as editor change default text

In Microsoft Outlook with Word as the Editor, I want the default text
to be Arial with
a font size of 16. I would like to know how to set this up. Thank you.

Whatever you set up as the default font in Word-- Normal.dot template--
applies to email. If you would like different fonts, don't use Word as your
editor and change the Font in Mail Format, Fonts.
