Last rant for Outlook 2010 hopefully.

In Outlook 2003 there was a 'Mail Format' tab where you specify to ‘use Word 2003 to edit email messages and read rich text etc. I can’t remember if this is still an option in 2007.

The problem I have now with 2010 is that a Word Compatibility Window opens up every time I try and look at an email message. This happens even before the preview is shown, let alone open the message. The only way I can get rid of the compatibility window is to minimise it, if I try to close it 2010 won’t even preview the message!

I have tried to find the old 2003 'use word' setting but for the love of me can’t find it anywhere in 2010 and don't have access to 2007, though amd sorley tempted to go back to it!.

Has anybody else had this problem and/or is there a fix for it?
