Word 2003 docs in folders out of alphabecal sorting - how reset?

All of a sudden when I look for a document in my folders, they are all out of
alphabetical order and it's a PAIN trying to locate documents. How do I
reset the sorting to go back to alphabetical? Thank you -

In the Open dialog, either:

1. Switch to Details view and click on the Name header, or

2. Right-click in an open area and choose Arrange Icons By > Name.
