How did I get my file and folders in ALPHABETICALLY correct order

I'm trying to sort through my files and folders in the Document list. Seems
some of the Documents will alphabetize but going down in the list there will
be another group of folder and fiels alphabetize correctly. I have Folder,
Word Doc and Adobe files. Can anyone help.. Thank You

I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but if you want to sort files in
explorer, (e.g. my computer/my documents) just right click and select
"Arrange icons by". You then have a choice to arrange them by name (i.e.
alphabetically), size, type (i.e. all word files together, all excel together
etc.) and a view other options.

Sorting Files

In addition to what Joele has mentioned

You need to note that the sorting also depends on how you want to sort your files Alphabetically by: Name, Type

I'll use explorer to explain this exercise:

1. View your folder by details i.e. right click on your folder space (not on folder objects/content) then select view from the pop up menu and then Details.
2. Your foder will be in a tabular format were you have headings such as Name, Size, Type...
3. Click on the heading you want to sort with such as Name: note that this will be sorted in Ascending and Descending orders as you contiue to click on the title.
4. The same applies with the rest of the heading
