How do I remove "My Network Places" from the save as dialog box?
Remove is grayed out on the right click menu.
I have WinXP sp2 word 2002 sp3

You don't. The places Microsoft puts on the Places Bar cannot be removed
without removing your ability to customize the Places Bar.
