Windows Installer dialog box opens everytime Word is opened.

Windows Installer dialog box opens asking for the disk everytime I open Word.
I close the box (X) an then get a Microsoft Word 9.0 error dialog box stating
to run Setup and select "Repair". I click OK and Word opens. Of course, I
don't have any CDs to reinstall these programs from.

I have/had Office 2000 and Word 2002. I tried removing Word 2002 using
Control Panel Add/Remove, but that didn't fix anything so I did a System
Restore. I had Word 2002 Icon before that...now I don't but it still is
listed on Control Panel.

After much reading and much trying...I no longer get the delay when I open
Word or Excel. I applied a DWORD NoRereg Value 1 in Word 9.0. (I tried this
in Word 10, but it didn't fix the problem.)

I do get the delay, however, when I try the Help feature. Can anyone offer
advice where to fix this problem?
