Word 2002 SP3

I am trying to download the SP3 for word. I recently purchased my Dell OC
and Word 2002 was already loaded. The SP3 update is asking me to load the
word 2002 DVD which I don't have. Any suggestions

Contact Dell. They should give you the disks that you need.

You may have it (or something functionally usable) and not know
it. Look for a Restore, Applications or other type of CD.
If those don't work, get to Dell and make them work it out for
you. Be polite but firm, as though they are required to do this
for you (which they are).
