Word 2000 Track Changes

I have someone who has received a document that has changes tracked in red
(inserted text)/blue (deleted text)

Now they want to make changes and their changes to be a different color.

Can that be done? I haven't done much track changes.

The user will need to set the color for both insertions and deletions to By
Author (Tools | Options | Track Changes). The colors of the existing changes
may change, but the new changes will use different colors.
