Tracking Changes

midit

we use MS Work 2003.
when working with tracking changes: after making the changes and tracking
them i sent them to my counter part - for her changes. then she returned the
document to me. now i wanted to make more changes, but, I want to use a
different color, so i can recognize the changes were made at a second round
for me? without changing my original color of notes, would this be possible?
i.e. if at first i used the 'red', then i received notes in 'blue' and now i
would like to change to 'orange' without changing the 'red' or the 'blue'.

It would appear that you have the color set to "By author." The
identification of "authors" is based on the Name value entered on the User
Information tab of Tools | Options. To get a different color, make a slight
change in the way your name appears on that tab.
