Word 2000: How to make a file that SHOWS all of the Hyperlinks?

I've got a large table in a Word 2000 .DOC file that has a Bunch of
Hyperlinks.

I'd like to create a file (of any file type, really) that Shows the
characters in all of those hyperlinks, including the "Text to display"
part.

I can get them individually, by...
Right-click on the hyperlink,
Mouseover the "Hyperlink",
Click on "Edit Hyperlink",
Ctrl-A to get the hyperlink address,
Ctrl-C,
Click on my Notepad file, or wherever else I want to copy it,
Ctrl-V.
OK... I've got the Hyperlink.
But I don't yet have the "Text to display" part.
Another mouse sweep, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, and I'm done.

Now,... WITHOUT individually going thru every hyperlink,
Is there a way to put all of that info into another document...
..DOC or .XLS or .TXT or almost anything ! ? ? ?

Thanks very much, in advance.

Sorry to waste your time, folks...
Further research reveals that Alt-F9 shows the underlying code.

Thanks, anyway.
