wont load?!?

i installed it and it worked.... a week later, for sum
reason it wont load it comes up with error 101, any help
would be appreciated.

In the HELP section "Release Notes" in Microsoft
AntiSpyware. Under "OTHER" This is what is written: "If
you see a dialog box with the following message after you
start your computer of when you start Microsoft Windows
AntiSpyware, you need to repair or reinstall WAS. The
following message can also refer to Error 102 or Error
103:
Warning:Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware has encountered
a critical error(Error 101). Please restart
WindowsAntiSpyware and run the program again. If you
continue to experience this problem, please uninstall the
program in install the most recent version of Windows
AntiSpyware. You can use Add or Remove Programs in
Control Panel to uninstall this version Windows
AntiSpare."
You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or Remove
Programs in Control Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware
and click Change. Click Next, and then click Update.

also look in "support.microsoft.com" I found some
answers to problems I was haveing.

Please check out the excellent advice in the other reply--that's the
troubleshooting steps recommended by Microsoft.

In addition, the developers are interested in direct feedback about this
issue. Specifically, they'd like to see the "errors.log" file from machines
experiencing this problem,

This file is located in the installation folder for Microsoft Antispyware,
typically c:\program files\microsoft antispyware.

If you can send this file to:

(e-mail address removed)
with details in the email message about the error message and circumstances,
that'd be helpful to the beta process.
