WMS idle

Hi, i have a windows 2000 PC SP1 on which i get the
message WMS idle when i shut down. It forces me to End
Task this message before i can close out. Does anyone
have any idea what's causing this or even what WMS is?

I have the same problem with W2K PC SP4. Not sure what it
is that could be running and it doesn't happen to all of
my machines only a few. Tell me what other programs do
you have running on your PC and maybe we can find a common
culprit.

I get this occasionally, and it usually seems to be correlated with running
Outlook and/or Activesync. I too would like to know the exact cause.
