WMS Idle error on sign out

I started having an issue when I turnoff computer> I get WMS Idle program not
responding and I have to click end now or PC just sits there and will not
close. I looked up error but as not being real savvy I tried a hotfix for
Communicator but found out that wasn't it. I tried to restore to earlier time
but nothing has work yet.
