Error Window when Closing

Hello

I have an error message that ALWAYS appears when I go to shut down my
computer. It has been appearing for at least a year and I thought nothing of
it. But in talking to a few people - we do not know what it is.

The name that appears in the message window is "WMS IDLE". I must always
close the box in order for my computer to shut down otherwise the computer
tries to shut down the WMS Idle window and takes FOREVER.

Running Microsoft Office Communicator 2005? You may need a hotfix. See the
following KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921113

Are you running an older version of Adobe Reader? We have seen this here and
found it to be linked to an older version of Adobe Reader. Upgrading to
vesion 8 or higher resolved it for us.
