wms idle is not responding

I am running Windows 2000 Professional, SP2. When
shutting down my computer I am receiving the following
error: 'wms idle is not responding'. Does anyone know
what this service is?

It is used by MAPISP32.EXE. It seems to be an Outlook
issue. I'll post when I find (hopefully) the answer.
