wmp11-can't create urge account

When trying to create an urge account the screen says "this program
cannot display the webpage". Other online webpages show fine in wmp 11.
I'm using kaspersky internet security. I tried turning off the firewall
with no results. I can't find anything on google concerning this. Any
ideas?

In case you didn't know, that "urge" is a web that charges for downloading
music. It is part of the WPM11 install but you don't have to use it.

I tried signing in with a user name and password even though I don't
have an account to see what would happen. The screen said that urge is
experiencing technical difficulties and they are working to correct it.
They should have a message on their web site explaining what's
happening.

I got it working. In ie7 under options, advanced, the ssl.2, ssl.3, and
tls.1 boxes were unchecked. I checked them and then was able to create
an account with urge.
