Windows XP WMP 9 PROBLEM With playing music files

I have just lost the ability to select (Play All) in left hand column for all my music files, but if i select all and highlight all tracks and then right click play, it still works OK. Is there a easy way to get this facility back?

I would update to WMP10. Its way better for a start....

WMP9 was buggy.

WMP10 is way better and sorted nearly all the problems out.

If you insist on staying with WMP9 a fresh Windows installation may be your only option.

Then wait for it to go wrong again.

Alternatively use Winamp or Alternate Media Player.
