WMP 10 Burn CD greyed out

Hi All,

I am trying to burn a CD in WMP 10. I have burnt the CD before, but I need
to do it again because I have lost the disk. Everything seems to be in order,
but the burn cd button is greyed out. I have never burnt a cd with WMP 10.

Don't know why. I burned one CD in WMP10, and it took a long time. I went
back to burning using the HP Utility that came with my burner--much faster.
Can easily burn the same tracks, unless they are purchased downloads--they
you have to use WMP or the Napster or whatever software to burn.

Question: How did you "burn it before"? What program/application did you use?
You may need to to reinstall WMP it may have corrupted files. Do not
uninstall the old version, reinstall it over top of itself.

None of it relates to my problem. I'll look for a freeware burner or
something. Thanks for the help

I fixed it. The burn Icon on the Burn page was greyed out, but I copied it to
the "Burn list" By mistake and it came up in the library, on the right hand
side the burn button was active, I clicked it, my disk burnt and it
re-activated the burn button in the burn panel. Thanks for the help guys
