WMM - It won't be deleted!

I had the problem of having WMM constantly close due to some kind of ERROR.
This never happened to my friends version so I thought mine was just faulty.
So, I started deleting they bits and pieces of the program. I know now that I
should've gone to add/remove files and chosen it their, which I thought I did
but am now told other wise because it no longer comes up in add/remove
programs, but is still on my computer, but not as a running program. I can
remember deleting the files that had movie maker in the name but there is
still one left in my program files folder. It's called Movie Maker and only
contains:
Application - moviemk
Setup Infomation - moviemk
PF File - MOVIEMK.EXE-08CCF9FE.pf
MDMP File - moviemk.exe.mdmp
Precompiled Setup Information - moviemk.PNF
Application Extension - wmm2ae.dll (WMM Audio Edit)
Application Extension - wmm2eres.dll (WMM Ext Res)
Application Extension - wmm2ext.dll (WMM Ext)
Application Extension - wmm2filt.dll (WMM Filters)
Application Extension - wmm2fxa.dll (WMM FX)
Application Extension - wmm2fxb.dll (WMM FX)
Application Extension - wmm2res2.dll (WMM2RES2)

Everytime I right click on the folder and hit delete and message comes up
saying that it can't be deleted because it's being used by another person or
program. I'm the only person on the computer and I've transferred everything
that could possibly be using WMM onto an external hard drive and unplugging
it from the computer, but the message still comes up!
and I can high-light all of the files in the folder and delete them, but
they just reappear, even though it still shows them in the bin!

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY BUYING THINGS THAT WILL BE
ABLE TO IMPROVE MY MOVIE MAKING ABILITIES AND I DON'T WANT IT TO BE FOR
NOTHING!!!

Movie Maker 2.1 is installed as a component
of WinXP SP2 and cannot be removed. It does
not show in Add-Remove Programs. If you choose
not to use it...the best bet is to just ignore it.

If you still want Movie Maker 2.1 to run...it may be
worth a try to download and reinstall WinXP SP2
and uninstall IE7.

Generally, users install from the net but this
site allows you to download the complete
file to your hard drive before installing.

It's good for a network administrator because
you can burn it on a CD and install it on as
many computers as you need to.

And it's good for a single machine because
if you ever need to install it again...you'll have
it available without waiting for a download.
