WMM audio problem when saving to Camcorder

I have successfully used WMM to create movies and save them to CD and DVD and my computer, however when I save back to a tape on my digital camcorder I have audio and minor video blips at clip intersections. Is this possibly a result of the i-link not being able to handle the feed? Is there an S video solution? RCA's? Help.
 
Did you ever get an answer to this problem? I am having the same one?
