Transfer from camcorder to computer???

Hey I is it possible to upload from my camcorder to my computer & burn it
into DVD. I need a RCA support card to do this right? Also anyone know any
good programs that I could upload videos from my camcorder? Would it also be
possible to upload vhs movies to my computer & convert them into DVD? Help
please

If your main goal is to make DVD copies
of your VHS home movies...you don't need
a computer. A DVD Recorder may be worth
a look.

Check to see if you already have connections for video and audio or FireWire
(IEEE 1394) inputs on the back of your PC. If you already have them, you
probably have software installed to perform this operation (probablyWindows
Movie Maker software). If you have neither, I suggest you go to the
following website ("www.papajohn.org") for more information.
