WMail does not send/receive on startup...

Puzzled

Have both the "Tools/Options/General/Send and Receive Messages at startup",
as well as "Tools/Accounts/General/Include this account when receiving mail
or synchronizing" checked. Was working fine for better part of a year.
Still using the same Anti-Virus (Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows
Workstations). Tried disabling Mail Anti-Virus portion, and still no change
when starting WMail.

Works fine if you click on Send/Receive, just won't Send/Receive on
startup...no failure messages.

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions...

Disabling email scanning in the antivirus may not be sufficient to
eliminate all bad effects. The only way to prove or disprove that your
antivirus is the cause of that problem is to uninstall it.
Alternatively, consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it is
less prone to suffering bad effects from antivirus programs:
