Windows Vista WksCal.exe problem.........100% cpu

100% cpu usage in Vista...........WksCal.exe?

Have a problem with the above process - WksCal.exe - overloading the system but haven't a clue as to why ... can anyone help ??

Googled the process and it's a "non-vital" process associated with Works suite. Task manager shows it using 100% CPU Usage which immediately drops back to around 4% when "End Task"is initiated in task manager but when computer is restarted it starts again .can anyone tell me how to turn it off permenantly or fix the problem
