Hello Bob,

For a listing of built-in keyboard shortcuts:
Start => Run and type in (or copy/paste):

hh keyshort.chm::/keys_general.htm

Two simple ways to get around the desktop:
The F6 key which will move between elements (desktop icons =>
QuickLaunch => System Tray)
The arrow keys to move within the elements

Then, of course, the Enter key to select the element or item.

The Windows key will access the Start menu.
