Wireless Zero Configuration

Hi.
Running Windows XP with all critical updates.
Only problem is that Wireless Zero Configuration service does not starts
when the computer is powering up?
Any clue why this is happening and how this can be solved?

Are you unable to connect with your wireless hardware? What wireless
hardware do you have? Do you have a working Internet connection on the
machine? Are you using the wireless adapter software or trying to use
Windows Wireless?
