Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

I am battleling with the Genius Wireless TwinTouch Lucmate. I can only
get the keyboard to work when a normal PS2 keyboard is connected
otherwise not. I have gone threw all the steps of installation more
than once, nothing work. The light of the receiver flickers when one
is typing or using the mouse but no mouse movement is indicated on
the screen and nothing is picket up from the keyboard unless there is
another PS2 keyboard connected as well. I can’t find anything
indicating that the computer picks up the device in the device
manager. Another strange thing is that when a PS2 keyboard is
connected I can uninstall all the device drivers and software of the
Wireless keyboard and mouse and the keyboard still works but not the
mouse.

Can you please help me as soon as possible to fix this problem?

so your saying in USB type connection the keyboard and mouse will not
function...lexmark USB printer is in use? remove it from the USB untill you
get the KB working. however if you reconnect the lexmark it could screw it
up again.
If you are using XP there is a possiblity you don't need to use any third
party drivers.
