Wireless configuration in XP

Whether the XP machine is configured to use a proprietary wireless
manager or Windows XP manager, what rights are required to allow a
domain user to connect to a wireless network ?

Our XP boxes are locked down quite heavily for the users and they are able to
connect to wlans ok with their permissions so I am pretty sure anyone.
