winxp reinstall

is it ok that i reinstall xp on my pc after formating the
hdd and when i reactivate will it be possible or will it
not activate for the 2nd time on my pc and am i not
allowed to reinstall it this way.

If it has been more than 120 days since you installed XP it will activate as
normal. If it has been less than 120 days you may have to do a phone
activation. It is simple, follow the screen prompts.

You can reinstall and reactivate as many times as you need or
want to.
