WinXP Profile not loading for network user

I have a user that thought he was smarter than the server and his loacl
system. Unfortunately, I am not in some cases, and need some help with this.
The user deleted his "username.domain" folder in the documents and settings
folder, and thus no longer has a profile. I find that when I rejoin his
system to the domain each morning, his desktop settings and what not come
back to life. Obviously I don't want to have to do this each and every
morning, so I need to know how to get this profile to load back up. When he
logs in now, no new "username.domain" folder is created, so I am kind of lost
now. Hopefully this made some sense. Any help you guys might have would be
appreciated. Thanks!

Marc sorry about the last post fast hands, I believe your problems lies in
the fact that he deleted all his settings. So you have to recreate them as if
he is a new user, and all of his User.Domain folders will come back. In a
2000/2003 domain network each user is give a GUID and a SID so by recreating
the user he will get new ones. If you know what the old one was, you can go
into the registery and delete them or try and salvage them. Hope this helps
you.
