winXP PRO problem

while away from my parents home one of the family friends
used my admin password from a disk to get in and change
it to something else. He said he doesn't remember what he
changed it to. I have since then moved my comp to another
location. I cant even get past the log in quick user
change screen. What can I do?

Look for a program called Lophtcrack 4 on the internet,
I'm pretty certain you need to buy the program, but it is
password cracking software that can work over the network
on other machines for any password.
