Admin password

i need help with my bios password, apparently it says
only (my name) can access this comp OR an administrator,
well my brother was talking about that and he knows a
password (the admin pass) and he can get in my comp
whenever he wants because of this "master pass" well i
REALLY dont want him on my comp and could someone PLEASE
tell me how to change the admin password or to get rid of
it or something

The BIOS password has nothing to do with Windows.
Check your computer/motherboard manual or contact the manufacturer for
details of setting a BIOS password.

well, the password when i boot up my comp, it just says
username and password and he knows a password he can type
in that will work without knowing mine, so im not sure
and i built my comp so i dont have a manufacterer or a
manual

He probably set the Administrator password.
Reboot to Safe Mode:
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.
Select Administrator or other account you have access.
Go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select Administrator and either Set or Change password as appropriate.
Also change/set passwords to ALL other accounts available.
Reboot back to Normal Mode.
Go to User Accounts again.
Similarly set password/change password on all other accounts that have
Administrator access.
