Can"t access Admin acct

I have Windows XP prof and whenever I turned my comp on it would show 2 user
accts-Administrator acct which I always logged on to with a password and a
guest acct which I had never used until now.When I turned comp on the other
day the admin acct with password was gone and only guest acct showed.Using
guest acct went to Control panel-User Accts-shows guest acct only.Can"t use
system restore
as "I do not have permission" from guest acct. Can"t access Inc tax
records,financial records etc from guest acct.Help!
