WinXP change password problem in Win2k domain

Hi there.
We have a win2k domain with about 35 win2k clients and we
have a little problem with the only 2 winXP clients.As
they re trying to change their domain user password, when
it expires,they get the message that they dont have enough
privileges to change it.This happens only in the 2 WinXP
clients in the domain.Can anyone help me.

the users have right?
the Firts DNS its the DC server?
where you try to change this password into a Win Xp or in TS?
