TS and password changes

I have two users who connect to our Win2K TS over cable.
When it comes time to change their passwords, they have
trouble, if they do it on the TS, they get locked out.
Both users are local admins on Win2K computers.

Do they need to do it locally and over the TS to satify
their local computers and our local domain?

Any help would be appreciated?

You could have a situation where the local computer
passwords are different than the passwords on the domain
(and in this case, the two passwords aren't related). In
this case, you'd need to change the passwords in both
locations.
