WinSvr.exe error message

What causes this error and what does it mean? I get the
following error message, "Winsrv.exe has generated errors
and will be shut down by Windows. You will have to restart
the program.

An error log is being created"

I've never done anything about these errors, which seem to
occur at random. Is this a problem?

Worm infection

you need to run/install an up to date anti virus
