Printer Help--Spoolsv.exe

I am running Win/2000. I found I could not send anything to the printer and
when I looked in the control panel, I found that my printer drivers all
disappeared! When I tried to add one in the control panel, I received a
message about no resources available. I rebooted the machine and when the
machine restarted, I received this message:

Program Error
Spoolsv.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will
need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.

I don't know what this means or how to access the error log. Can you
suggest how I can correct this problem? Many thanks.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the help. I found the Win2000.Printing newsgroup and I am over
there now.
The problem changed after a cold boot. I now see the printer drivers in
the contorl panel applet and spoolsv.exe is executing, but nothing gets out
of the computer to the printer. I can see the files I sent in the print
queue but they are not moving out to the printer. I am getting help on this
in the Printing newsgroup, but if you have any ideas, I'd appreciate hearing
them!
Thanks.
